for some countries that are still lagging behind in the field of education, economics and technology they have not been able to provide facilities and infrastructure especially in the case of the internet, and not ready for global economic developments so as to maintain the economic stability of the country that is still conventional based they do not legalize bitcoin in the country

There is no discussion on details. Only the list of legitimate and illegal countries is given.

I would assume that the data presented here can be true and really verified. We can see that there can be more countries which are inclined towards accepting Bitcoin albeit many in a regulated environment (which I don't have any problem with because we have to compromise with the government as they also have their own valid concerns to begin with).

I am then sure that what is happening right now with Bitcoin is just a temporary episode and that eventually the whole market can see the whole picture. One country banning or having a big problem with Bitcoin should not be used as a gauge for the whole world. We have been listening too much on news (unfortunately including FUDs) from countries too noisy with the things going on in there and have forgotten that there are more countries silently letting Bitcoin do its business.

Yes we should have information where bitcoin is legal and where it is not, it will help us in trading. Besides, after looking at the list a lot of people on this forum will realize, that bitcoin is not banned everywhere, and it is still legal and accepted in numerous countries, so it will not lose its power.

This is just a checklist of Bitcoin validity which is a huge deal that contributes to Bitcoin transactions. If the country is not allowed to accept the information, they will know that there is a bitcoin transaction in there. Some of the laws work in the government, so the countries that do not get the legitimacy are a little afraid.

Some people might think that this has nothing to do with us but actually having countries supporting and backing bitcoin and other crytpocurrencies because it can help ensure that bitcoin will hold and its market wuld
Not collapse as it means a country is able to integrate it to their economy and that means that yts market would be open to the citizens it employ and it would have security

This is not entirely correct. In Ukraine, bitcoin as a currency has not been officially recognized, and mining bitcoin is illegal. People get arrested for mining bitcoin and their equipment and all the machinery are taken away. The Central Bank does not recommend people to invest in bitcoin, as well as any other cryptocurrency, as it is not reliable, according to them.

Some countries are missing in the list of countries where it is legal, for example Belarus, Georgia and etc. but anyway we see that the number of states where bitcoin is legal and accepted is much more than the number of the countries where it is banned, so it is hopeful picture.

Here, all the countries that have been spoken are collected from the net. And, you have to cancel the china word once and again once it is valid.

I think the post from the author has clearly stated that there are countries to get legitimacy towards bitcoin and Ukraine is one of them, and of course getting legitimacy doesnt mean bitcoin will be perfectly legal because that means bitcoin will be under law of a country to work with and because of that law and legitimacy still underwork that makes bitcoin hasn't been officially recognized. The government are working to accept bitcoin but hasn't stated that it is a legal kind of payment and transaction so it still blurry

The United States has one of the best approaches as how to treat Bitcoin from a tax perspective. The government simply views the coins as property and you pay a capital gains tax (unless you live in Puerto Rico) when you sell them. You can still get jail time if you sell them in bulk as an unregulated money exchanger but most people wouldn't fall into that category.

More countries should take this simplistic view on how to tax/regulate Bitcoin and stop thinking of it as a currency.

Talking about bitcoin legality, it is directly controlled with the power of government, and the total management power will divided into two, between government and the bitcoin owner, for me it is really bad thing to happen, today we are complaining about the price goes down, how about when bitcoin directly controlled by government that's the time that bitcoin price will become useless, what I'm talking about is price going down to the bottom because of government control system. This is only my opinion and I'm not sure if I'm right.

Not only Bangladesh. It is the problem of all those countries which did not get the legality of Bitcoin. The government's thinks Bitcoin may be a commercially threatened. Advanced countries are thinking how to decentralize bitcoin. However, Bitcoin will further advance in the future. Now there will be nothing illegal. Now, in the approval countries, the study of Bitcoin is underway.

Bitcoin in Morocco
Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency transactions were officially outlawed in Morocco in November 2017 seemingly in response to a major Moroccan digital services company, MTDS, announcing a few days prior that it would begin accepting Bitcoin payments.

Sending and receiving payments via any cryptocurrency in Morocco is punishable by fines.

Bitcoin in Bolivia
Cryptocurrencies have never been legal in Bolivia and the government has been known to enforce its anti-Bitcoin stance rather firmly. People caught using Bitcoin and other cryptocoins can be fined and a number of users have even been arrested on more than one occasion for trading and mining Bitcoin.

Bitcoin in Ecuador
Ecuador outlawed Bitcoin and other cryptocoins in mid-2014 as part of its financial reform plans.

The ban on Bitcoin was seen by many as a way to reduce competition with the country's own digital currency system (Sistema de Dinero Electrónico). This official Ecuadorian currency isn't a cryptocurrency and isn't based on blockchain technology. It's simply a digital money solution based on traditional money and valued after the American dollar.

Anti-Bitcoin laws don't appear to be too strict in Ecuador as there are still several ways to buy and sell Bitcoin and other cryptocoins domestically. Enforcement isn't as strict as other countries like Bolivia and Bitcoin is seen as something that might be technically illegal but is still used by a small number of the population.

Bitcoin in China
The trading of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies was banned in China in September 2017. Due to the technology being so popular in the country before the ban though, the change in law hasn't ceased its use completely and many Chinese people continue to trade cryptocoins via in-person trades and chat apps like Telegram and WeChat.

The Chinese government appears to target professional cryptocurrency trading companies over individuals.

Bitcoin in Nepal
Nepal's stance on many aspects of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency is a little ambiguous however it has been confirmed that the trading of Bitcoin is considered illegal following several arrests of Bitcoin traders in 2017 that resulted in a combination of fines and jail terms for those involved. Attempting to use Bitcoin and other cryptocoins in Nepal is not recommended.
