Well you will have a better chance of a response posting in crypsy's chatbox...

The other day I went threw the same and I was told that the bitcoin wallet was in "manteinance". The next day I was able to withdraw the btc...

Support ticket is the fastest way to resolve issues but PM's work also. The withdraw issue was a hung wallet.
