"All" option for threads with many pages?

Is there a way to show all pages for a thread, even for the ones that are very long?  This seems to be an option for shorter threads (less than a few dozen) but not for longer ones.  I want to do this so I can download the whole thing to an ereader.  Any suggestions?

No, not if it's too big.  For instance https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=99497.0;all just shows the first page.

I also wished it was possible to view all pages of a thread regardless of the number of pages, would be easier to look for certain things with a simple Ctrl + F.

That'd probably be too much load on the server.

I know it's not as good, but the search box in the upper-right will search only the current topic if you're on a topic page.
