Bitcoin exchange affiliate program

Canadian Virtual Exchange (CaVirtex.com), Canada's largest Bitcoin exchange, has launched an affiliate program.

CaVirtex affiliates will earn 30% of net revenue from each customer they register in the customer’s first year of trading and 15% of net revenue in each succeeding year.

Note: At the present time, only Canadian citizens/residents can trade at CaVirtex. Previously, non-Canadians could open accounts and deposit, trade, and withdraw Bitcoin. However, due to recent fraud attempts, this is no longer possible.

That's pretty incredible.   Imagine a bank sharing with its affiliates nearly a third of the ATM fees on every withdrawal, and a third of all debit card merchant fees for every purchase made by customers that the affiliate signed up or an account.
