You would if you have cash. But most of the full time trader night find to hard to rebalance their portfolio in this fluctuate market. Seasonal trader tends to convert to major altcoins and BTC, as most small shitcoins tends to suffer more losses. And look for buyback at lower price levels.

But it will be hard sell to anyone not familiar with crypto, many still feels crypto as hype or MLM related scams. Many have fallen into this trap before. Of course it is good to buy the fucking dip but how do you know the price won't fall further? I have bought at different dips and each dip keeps getting deeper than the previous dip leaving me in a very clumsy situation. The best thing is to ride the bull and stop looking out for baseless, bottomless dips

I think the best thing to do is wait for the prices or the market to be stabilized before buying. The reason is if you buy now and the prices are still going down it's a loss for you so it's better to wait than to have loss. So, you can't tell if it's a great opportunity.

Low price due to retracement or  because of bad news is really a good opportunity to buy or invest. But before deciding to buy, you still have to analize market trend or price movement about further dropping in price. After you are sure and you find a strong buying signal that you have to buy soon at that price. This is a wise decision to buy or invest.

Yes, i'm so excited with this situation, when the price is fallign down, this is a great opportunities for us to invest more in the altcoins or tokens, their price will skyrocket after that, it's highly possible it can reach the peak after it happened
