Hi All,

I was just wondering if anyone could help,
I apologise if I sound like a bit of a newbie,

My electroneum have gone missing when I withdrew them on 31/01 from my online wallet to my Cryptopia account.
I sent 2500 on 31/01, using the correct key and payment ID,
I tried again two days later for 800 and it worked.

It says the transaction is completed, but they are missing.

It also says to check what happened to the electroneum, Tx private key can be obtained using get_tx_key command in electroneum-wallet-cli command line tool. But what is a electroneum-wallet-cli command line tool?

Would anybody please be able to help?

Many thanks!

If the key is 100% right, you need to write to the support of cryptopia, coin dissapearing could happen of the bug, just write to them.

I'm assuming the key must be right, cause it worked the second time.

I'll just wait to hear back from Cryptopia then, thanks.
Which will probably take a month...   Roll Eyes
