I don't know which one is the best but i have using a several exchanger:

1. Poloniex
2. coinexchange.io
3. kucoin
4. Indodax
5. Yobit

The last exchanger is gaming exchanger, many invest product in there. you just should be carefully if you join the invest because you can loose your money in a day if you not clever enough

recently I have been spending my time in Kucoin because the fees are not quite high and the volumes are ok. For sure binance, bittrex are better ones but kucoin has potential to increase more.

I think everyone would agree on this that the best exchange platform in the world right now is Binance. No other exchange comes even minutely closer to it in terms of providing a good user experience. That is the reason why it has been able to return such huge profits and has surpassed so many banks in total revenues and profits.s
After binance the second best is IDEX, followed by Poloneix.
Now fourth one is a little of arguable but I feel Cryptopia takes that spot. Though it has been having some issues recently, but it still ranks high on my last. The last one is koinex.

Bilaxy-this exchange is pleasantly surprising. Tokens appear on the exchange very quickly!

Binance is the best option I can tell. Bittrex was a good exchange few months ago, but look at it now. Volume is dying, it's currently 35th in volume. They added USD pairs, but not much impact was seen. Also most of the coins on bittrex are old coins which are not doing much developments.
Other good exchanges includes Bibox, gate, bitfinex etc.

Binance, Kucoin, Etherdelta, Cobinhood, I'm using(used) these, all are good, also Bibox, I was surprised by it's fast and convenient work.

There are so many good exchanges now available, among that i would choose the best exchange that is Binance, Bitfinex, Bitterx, Hitbtc and coinbase. These are the well growing exchanges nowadays. People are now using these exchanges to transfer their bitcoin money to local fiat. For this we have to pay some transaction fees, these transaction fees may vary from one exchange to another.
