I have problem with http://pool.futurocoin.org mining, I use 8 Antminers D3, but the hash rate sometimes is OK but most of the time is very low, checking the node statistic my worker address not always shows up or when shows the hash rate is very low like 10 times lower which is not acurate, I would like to ask if there is a way to tune up somehow the setting on my D3 miner at the pool, I am using: stratum+tcp://pool.futurocoin.org:7903

The problem are not your Miner, the problem is the Pool diff setting, look very well on your miner and you will see that you need very long time for one share, but when you send a share your hashrate looks like 66 GH for 1 D3.
No share no money! but courios, I stop Mining and get pay the next 10 blocks they was found, don´t ask me how they show the Infos on the Website and how they store your Hashpower to pay you later.

Is that one compatible with FTO? How to add FTO support to it? It doesn't seem to have it by default.

you should have an asics miner, they mostly come wit a tool, otherwise try with sgminer, but at some THash at the moment you won't have any chance...

No, there is no P2Pool code, just UI.
This P2Pool have zero other nodes, it can be modified in many ways and steal from miners.
