This P2Pool have zero other nodes, it can be modified in many ways and steal from miners.

WE don`t know that, also w/o pool code and other nodes connected we cant verify that.
P2Pool meant to be decentralized - should be at least 3 nodes on same code.

1. the transactions is not really instant, is the same DASH use, so the 1st confirmations are done by the Nodes and then get with the next Block that has memory in the Blockchain.
