EXMO.com SCAM: Withdrawal says Paid. But After 1 month no Transaction!

What happened:

I asked for a ETH Withdrawal on 03/Jan/2018 16:56.

In my Transactions history, the status says Paid:

I opened a support ticket on January 09, 2018 22:14. Never got any response.

Last 17/01 I made a withdrawal of funds(1150.90706 EUR) to my Mastercard, but I don't have anything yet. I'm very worried. What happend?
