In my opinion, a breakthrough should be expected only from large porn sites. If the first project still gives hope, in the second at the moment things are bad. Although the hope of launching the Livestars platform is still there.

I following several porn crypto project, and nothing work in progress today, most of them just quit and gone. It is still hard to put porn industry inside the blockchain since so many content porn creator sell it free or direct with other online platform with fiat as reward.
Besides it, leaked porn content with free download is still everywhere, so porn crypto industry will still have long journey to succeed IMHO.

I believe the common trend with a lot of porn or adult industry projects that are struggling or looks otherwise dead is the fact that most adult projects try to be standalone projects from.the start and it almost never works out like that. There have to be strategic partnership with industry professional and marketers in order to promote the project to the actors better.

The problem isn't the project that is not well structured, it's the people ans investors. It will be funny when you tell your friends that you have invested in a project and when they ask you about the investment, it's going to be difficult to answer, that's because of the society we found our self.
No one would want to invest is porn crypto related projects, i have seen many of them trying to raise money on ICO but failed many times.

The porn industry itself is facing a lot of challenges now. Recently PornHub was forced to delete all videos from amateur uploaders, after one religious organization successfully sued it. Some of the governments are considering facial verification of users mandatory before accessing porn sites. Just imagine giving out your national ID number and video in order to access porn. And on top of this, payment processors such as PayPal are now refusing to work with these websites. They have very few avenues to process the subscription payments.
