So, we have not a lot of guarantees that the ICO we have invested to will launch declared program and make a product and now we need to collaborate in pools that can someday become a donate thing
ICOs are risk. Such pools are increasing this level of risks. What are guarantees to receive money back if something went wrong?
Also I don't understand pros of such system where common investors - ex workers with depo near $1000 - can't make investment cuz it should be $10000 and more

I agree with your point of view. I don't understand. Why increase risks when there are many ways for investing money without additional risks? These ways can give more benefits.

yes your opinion is correct. a project definitely needs funds, to be able to develop their project mission. if there is no funds, then the project does not go as planned. I think we have to see the detail of the project to see the future. because the value of participation is very important for the success of the ico project
