mBit Casino and Sports book Experience

I've been in Crypto since 2013 and I've seen several exchanges fall down. However, this is my first experience with a casino not honoring the payout.
I'll try to detail my experience hoping to save the next soul from tons of headaches.

1) I made a .15208251 deposit on feb 1st and used the coupon code ’100%mBIT’ which added an extra 72.90 mBTC to my account.
2) Made 5 different super bowl bets maxing out my balance

All is good until post game when I tried to Cash out.

3) I had to wait several hours before the winnings cleared. No big deal. My total balance at this point is 512.61mBTC
4) tried to cashout by transferring BTC from Sportsbook to casino but it kept saying insufficient balance.
5) Chatted with support and they said that the amount is locked due to the bonus. So my option is to forfeit the bonus of 72.90mBTC just so I can withdraw.
6) I authorized support to forfeit the bonus and next thing I know my balance shows .15208251.
7) talked to support again and she said forfeiting bonus also forfeit winnings.


Their terms and Conditions doesn't mention anything about forfeiting winnings so I'm not sure why mBIT would knowingly deceive their customer.

The mistake was yours,this is normal procedure for all books.
Imagine their players to take the bonus, make some winning bets, then to ask the company to cancel only the bonus and let them withdraw the winnings....

You want to withdraw the winnings without to complete the rollover....

yeah this probably your first bonus cause that's what happen everywhere not only in mbit casino
when you activate a bonus then you have to clear it and wager the requirement , or you cancel it with the winnings you made from it
as long as you don't clear the bonus then the money isn't yours , it should be listed in their terms but anyways this is knows by all gamblers

I'm sorry to hear you had this type of experience.  I've played at mBitcasino before, and I've been able to successfully cash out my winnings.  However, I never use a bonus code anymore on any of the softswiss sites like mBitcasino.com, Betchain.com nor Bitstarz.com.  In my personal experience their bonus rollovers are really hard to clear as they are 40x-50x.  I've had hundreds of bonuses (free spins and deposit bonuses), but only been able to complete the rollover (wagering requirements) and cash out around 5 of them.

Personally, I prefer winaday and slotland if I am going to use a bitcoin deposit bonus or a no deposit bonus.  Their rollover requirements are much less ranging from 1x-20x rollovers and I've been able to clear about half of the bonus offers I have tried at these two sites.

They dont have a sportsbook though (at least not yet).  So far, its just the most unique slots I have ever played that are not on any other sites.  If you prefer sportsbook, try nitrogensports maybe.  They have had a bunch of recent promotions.

We offered an explanation via our live chat support that this went against our bonus terms and conditions, which can be found here and will proceed to quote:

This would be the reason you saw your balance change and your bonus amounts being confiscated.

I understand about the forfeiture of the bonus. What I don't get is why take out the winnings too. Your TOC on sportsbook only specify 'bonus'.

I know its not what you want to hear, but I think you need to chuck this off as lesson learned.
This practice is used in /every/ casino
They are not going to give you free money without a rollover. If they did this, they would be out of business.

I tried them before, I lost some money there and that is it. Its the site where I lost more then 0.1 BTC on slots to not win almost nothing, in that time that was 50 dollars maybe, not much but I played with smallest coins, so I had many spins. Its not like I didn't win few spins but its funny when you spent 0.02 BTC and you win double bet amount, just that, then you lose 5 spins and win 15% of the bet, and like that I lost that amount in maybe 20 minutes.
I tried one or two bonus deposits but like I said I just lost money there so I don't have some good experience, but that is because I didn't won nothing. Well I don't regret, I will not call them scammers or anything, maybe that was just bad luck.

I have used them in the past and sure they give out bonuses but once you forfeit any bonuses in order to cash out, they don't specifically tell you that you forfeit any winnings from those bonuses as well. And just like any casino will not disclose this directly to the player and will protect themselves with it being stated in the terms of services but feel they are not obligated to let the player know this at the time of attempting to withdraw those winnings.
Had a friend experience the same thing but a different situation where they did not pay them 0.5btc in playback bonuses because they used their spouses account but they since separated so thus not being able to provide the information they requested so to get verified.

Since all the other bets are credited from the bonus balance, I do believe that all winnings from those bets go directly to the bonus balance as well. So your bonus is no just the amount you received, is probably the winnings that resulted from the bonus bets as well. Not sure about this, and you should try to understand if this is what happens or not.

I don't play at mbit, so I don't know how they show th bonus balance and the real balance. If they show this in separate views, then maybe you were able to see if your winnings were affecting the bonus balance or the real balance.

It does not matter if they separating it or not, as long as you take any of their deposit bonus and keep on playing with it and get tons of btc after winning, suddenly you just forfeit their bonus then you wont get back your winning. This is really common things that every sportbook having. This is relief things that they releasing back his amount, some other site do not even released their original amount and turns out they said being scam site. This is actually players fault not them

Since when are winnings part of the bonus?

And again you are complaining again abou this thing, I think this is the same as thing as other site have last time. And yet after they fix this thing you keep on bringing this back again to the surface and hope you arr going to be hired to complete false accuse about some tiny mistakes that have been taken care off. And with even red trust, I do not think it is really worth to complain on every single tiny mistake

It is indeed a common practice in almost all casinos, once players  take bonuses and forfeit it then all winning will be forfeited as well. Usually there is a warning notification if players want to forfeit the bonus, not really sure how mbitcasino notify their players about this. I guess you are right that it could be his first try on claiming deposit bonus at a casino.
Good thing is that he did not lose his main balance, he might be shocked if he lost all his balance because while we are taking bonuses then our actual/main balance will be used first before the bonus. I wonder how if he lost his several first bet and willing to forfeit the bonus.

hopefully this thread could help potential users of mBit Casino. It shows that their interest is about making money on users lack of experience.
As simple popup saying you could forfeit your winnings when you withdraw your money early would suffice yet they won't even do it.
