Somebody manipulating bitcoin prices. I hate people who sold their coin when market is down. Please hodl your coins guys it's not healthy at all. Bitcoin price will increase very soon. This crash is normal just like what happened last year's dip.

They are not only manipulating the prices but the news as well. Somehow JP morgan is banning Bitcoin purchases right at the moment when it started to go down in price.
If you add to it some previous facts like:
-JP morgan CEO saying Bitcoin is a bubble
-JP caught trading cryptocurrency
-CEO changing his mind about it and saying he was wrong about it
-His bank banning Bitcoin

You can really see a pattern here. They are obviously trying to lower the price to profit from it.

There are other similarities around the world like Russia banning Bitcoin today, about a year after the first rumors that it could be working on a centralized cryptocurrency.

Yeah and because JP Morgan's strategy is effective, other whales-to-be trying to do the same. See the FUD that is happening right now?

Minners woun't stop minning, despite the fall in the market price, investors are still investing so don't loose faith, it wount crash. watch the market trend, there has been a huge rise after a little fall.

But I see no reason to insist on bitcoin as the only means to aspire to become rich in this market. I think that at this moment the market has already assumed that the potential of the bitcoin for the near future is very limited and it differs from the idea that still prevailed a few years ago, so everybody here seem to agree that bitcoin will not be the currency that displaces the money fiat in the world economy. Therefore, I think we have to look towards other investment options in this broad market and not insist on something that no longer has a future.

Well ofcourse that's the plan but how do we know when it is at its lowest? Thats the problem.

I want to buy at the lowest price it will get to but i do not know when that is! Maybe i'll buy in parts.

if bitcoins crash then it would be catastrophic for everyone. In layman terms if the price should fall below the cost of mining then their is no economic incentive for miners to continue mining and that would spell catastrophe for the blockchain infrastructure , thereby leading to a collapse of the system and sadly  bitcoins would be rendered worthless.

Seems that is what is happening... Price is dropping a lot, so people can stop complaining about buying little fractions of Bitcoin, they can buy a decent amount of it and start holding. If many people think this way the price will start increasing again.
Anyway, it's really strange BTC's price doesn't stop falling, what is really happening?

Before investing in crypto currency as well it is understood that you are investing some extra money only in this coins as its volatility can have a drastic effect and we have seen in this couple of months as well how market have crashed. Thus it is very important for everyone that only if we have risk taking ability we do invest in such coins. But holding will give the results in near future as sometime panic selling could prove very costly as well.

We cannot let it crash or, vice versa, push to go up. Only whales can impact on its value sufficiently. Certainly, those, who are coming into the market right now, are waiting for the lower prices for BTC. But what about guys who are in crypto for long?

Coin crashes currently have benefits for small money owners, because they can buy bitcoins at cheap prices and consider this a sale. so I think it's a golden opportunity to make coins a cheap price and invest in a long time.

You're right but even if the bitcoin value is down still General people who are hesitating to buy the bitcoins are still hesitating. They saying let it go further down and they will buy. Once it goes more down, they still don't buy and wait for further decrease.

Its only the whales who are buying now as they know it will not drop further and they are accumulating between 7500-8500$ and they will then pump it to 25000$ in April.

If the price is low, Big Miners will either stop or switch(Not an option as of now). This is scary  

I think the bitcoin miners will not be that easy to stop doing the mining, because the capital they are throwing is not a little, even if their minning business has not turned back / get a profit

I agree with you, I have been saying this sort of thing in this forum that it is time we took advantage of the value of bitcoin, etherium and other cryptocurrencies out there. It is one of the basic tips in trading, you buy it when its low so that when it increases its value again, it will be profitable for you.

selling should only be done when the price is still high and you expect a big drop after your sale.

and that is one of the biggest problems with newbies investors in bitcoin, they always invest late and sell late too while trying to play at trading and failing to do it in a correct way.
when the price is already down a lot and you missed your chance to sell then just don't bother anymore.
