I think waiting for it would be ideal if you know that it will go even lower. If not, buying right now wont hurt you unless the market fall. It is stable on 8k usd range right now and I think that the price can still fall so I suggest buying fraction by fraction is also good strategy.

Buy now and stop waiting. I think this is bitcoin's all time low so no harm in buying now. Or just split the bill. Buy now and then wait a little more and then just buy the other half on a lower price. Hodl for like a year or til 4th quarter of 2018 and then sell when the price is flying high.

I would suggest to wait first at least one week.Just keep your eyes on the market to monitor the price of bitcoins.If you noticed yesterday,the price drops at 6k USD.So anytime there would be a changes.I know this is the right to buy and invest but if you want much cheaper price,you must have patience.Just always be active online to get the latest updates about the price of all coins.
