So when its the value gonna rise again? will it peak even higher then the previous 4k mark?

Its value is already increasing. Maybe it will continuously pump after the hardfork in November just like what happened in the prevoous hardfork which happened last month of August. We're down at this moment because of what happened with Bitcoin exchanges and China. But Bitcoin is now again broke the 4000$ mark after the downfall. Hoping that it will continue rising for the next years to come.

During the last week bitcoin price dropped a lot, so we can say that the price is going to rise soon, by the way, we are expecting to hear news from Chinese government about the regulation of ICO's, if we hear good news, then we are going to break the support and go up, but if it is the opposite, then maybe it is going to drop below 4,000 again, i really hope that this is not going to happen.

This is natural, most users panic when there is an announcement of the Chinese Government banned bitcoin, but because the users and community outside china is very strong then the prices go back to $4000 and I'm sure this year will be easy to reach a price of $5000.

If it does then I am already in profit for a large amount of dollars. This is way better than going to the stock market. It is risky but at some point I am loving bitcoin now.

No one knows what will be the next move of the bitcoin's price. Bitcoin will may bumped down because of some issues that is happening today like the banning of cryptocurrency in China. It will may also goes up if there is a good thing that may happen. Just wait and let see what will it be.

It will rise and I am sure it will go up at 5000USD.  And all the investors who had invested in it are waiting that prices will be high soon. And the rise has started and it is marching toward it previous value and will give a lot to the investor who stay calm and held coin for previous few days.

Bitcoin prices are strongly influenced by the news and decisions that exist on bitcoin. China's current state decision to be the determinant of how bitcoin prices will move. if China's decision to ban ICO may be bad and cause bitcoin prices to decline. but if china's decision makes everyone become confident and believe in bitcoin use then I'm sure this will make bitcoin price much better. this is a very influential thing to be able to make the bitcoin price increase, so we definitely hope that on the 1st of October tomorrow there will be a good decision and this can make bitcoin prices continue to increase at least up to 5000 $ by the end of this year.
