Sure. A bitcoin for bitcoin loan. It does seem strange but I'd be able to do the dirty work to protect myself from a price increase (a situation in which I'm getting less BTC that I loaned out), and the loan will be tied to USD as you wish.

Instead of Preev we use Bitfinex, and the loan must exist for a minimum duration of 1 week.

It is a loan and I've given out some of this kind in my lending thread based on the situation.And I don't believe it's only in my favor. The lender is getting solid 1% daily.
Ok, we can use the Bitfinex's rates which is 6473USD/BTC atm. && Loan will exist for at least a week.

It is kinda hard to trust someone here especially when you are about to make a loan proposal without some collateral what are going to get in cased you have failed to pay us the amount you loan to us. Especially when the transaction here is decentralized and there is no way of knowing you or where you live.

I can give the the collateral in bitcoin but it will be will be pointless I thought. Since the loan i am asking is in usd for bitcoin. I wouldn't mind giving 110-130% value in bitcoins for bitcoins.
And yes i have a lending service and quite shameful to ask for a loan.
