Hi Guy's i just want to know how to join signature campaign...

You have to be a minimum Jr. Member for do signature campaigns. You need 30 activities for be a Jr. Member. If you wanna know more about rankings please read this topic.

Note that for practical purposes, you need to reach 'member' rank before being able to participate (the list is out of date insofar as it states that 777coin and Bitvest accept junior members). Member rank requires 60 activity and 10 merit. Ranks below 'member' cannot use hyperlinked signatures.
