[Can somebody more experienced with the forum help figure out how to show images?]
The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

iirc, newbie accounts can't show images. I noticed a mistake though, "by by" on agenda pic.

Btw, why don't you post some more details outside the images, textually?
