Hello Guys!
What is a reverse auction website? A reverse auction website is a website where the winner is not highest bid, but the lowest unique bid.
How does it work? You place as many bids as you wish, the lowest bid that is unique is the winner. You pay a credit fee for each bid placed (bidding fee auction)
Bidding fee? How does it work? For each bid placed you have to pay a fee, which varies depending on the prize, but is usually 1 credit.
How do I know how much is the bid fee? Bid fee is always shown on the auction details, next to the retail price of the item.
How much is 1 credit? 1 credit is $1 USD
How do I know I'm winning? The current winner is shown on the auction details page
How do I know which bid won? After the auction is over you can see which bid won on Completed Auctions page and on auction details page. You can also see the bid distribution by value, so you can be sure that you weren't scammed.
I won! Can I get BTC of the retail value instead of the prize? I don't want to pay customs Yes. You can opt to receive the value instead of the prize itself.
It says you've suspended the delivery of physical items... Whenever we can we ship the items, but we've had some issues with our users having to pay high customs fees, so we decided to suspend the delivery of physical items for the time being and instead sending the retail value of the items in BTC.
Is there a referral program? What do I get by referring people? Yes, with your referral link you can get 10% of your referrals' credit purchases! If you refer a user and he buys 20 credits you get 2 free credits to bid in whatever you like!
How is CryptoBids better than dice rolling and other random websites? Well, for one, you are bidding, not betting. You rely only on your own skills and strategy, not on dumb luck. You can develop your own stategy and skills to "steal" the auction from the other players, instead of just randomly betting and hoping that the dices roll in your favour.
Do you have proof of delivery of the items? Yes. Here are the TXIDs of the payments issued to the users who posted here earlier:

I dont understand what is called by "unique" here "the lowest unique bid wins", how to decided a bid is unique or not? I tried it already with your free credit bonus but still hard to understand the game. In my opinion, the running text on the site is a bit misleading. Maybe for some people only, it says xxxx recently won a prize for just $0.63!. In fact, every bid costs $1, while we do not know how many bids were made by the winners.

Hello Paul. Unique means that no other bid has the same value. Here is an example from our FAQ: Let's imagine this is the bid distribution of an auction - 0.01 USD —> 29 bids > these are the lowest bids, but there are 29 of them, therefore they're not unique
- 0.02 USD —> 7 bids
- 0.03 USD —> 1 bids > this is UNIQUE and LOWEST bid (winning bid)
- 0.04 USD —> 11 bids
- 0.05 USD —> 1 bid > this is a unique bid, but not lowest
- 0.06 USD —> 31 bids
EDIT: If you see some of the completed auctions' bid details, for instance this one: https://cryptobids.xyz/bid_history/19273You can see clearly how many bids there were on all values.

Anyone using this site? Is this legit ?
This is likely a scam. They are just placing pictures of items and asking for bid money. The site is too primitive a few hours work and the domain is a cheap buy. They are selling bitcoins for $600. Avoid at all cost.

Avoid at all cost. I have to agree with you, I feels something bad for this site. Not really sure why, but something is a bit strange here. The winner is the one with unique and lowest bid. Only the admin knows which amount has no bid and they can easily bid on it when the time is getting close to the end. No guarantees and no one knows that the owner/admin will not take a part on the auction.

Anyone using this site? Is this legit ?
We can assure you it's real, but then again we're kinda suspicious, right? So, let me tell you something, why don't you check by yourself? We're giving away 5 bidding credits at signup, so nothing to lose! This is likely a scam. They are just placing pictures of items and asking for bid money. The site is too primitive a few hours work and the domain is a cheap buy. They are selling bitcoins for $600. Avoid at all cost.
Why are you spreading lies and fear? We know you want to attract more people to your own dice rolling website or whatever, but stop spreading FUD against other projects. Also, where are we selling bitcoins at $600? I have to agree with you, I feels something bad for this site. Not really sure why, but something is a bit strange here. The winner is the one with unique and lowest bid. Only the admin knows which amount has no bid and they can easily bid on it when the time is getting close to the end. Well, if everyone knew the bid distribution beforehand there would be no game. It would be like you going to the roullete and knowing which number would come out before betting... would make no sense. After the auction is over we show the entire bid distribution for that auction, and there has been more than one person on this very forum attesting to the validity of our system. I'm gonna tell you something, later today we'll run a few flash auctions and you all can test it

By the way, they are giving 0,01 Bitcoins to the winner of the auction! The equivalent amount has no meaning! Of course it was written when bitcoin was around 6000$
now I'm taking this as personal...guy are you pretending to be stupid or what? this is something logic!
If you do not understand this this means that you didn't understand how the system works
If you want to DISCREDIT this website, at least bring here facts, not stupid thoughts!
HOW CAN YOU SAY IT IS A SCAM??
because they wrote that 0,01 BTC worths 600$? 0,01 BTC is 0,01 BTC! if you WIN you will just get 0,01BTC!!! is it so hard to understand??
AGAIN: FOR MY EXPERIENCE IT IS NOT A SCAM AND I HAVE JUST TO SAY "THANK YOU"!
IF IN THE FUTURE THE THINGS WILL CHANGE I DO NOT KNOW...BY NOW LET'S TALK ABOUT FACTS, NOT THOUGHTS!
Thank you for your support Mambo77 Oh, now I get the 1 btc for $600, so, he failed to distinguish between 0.1 and 1 bitcoin... that's a $6000 mistake mate. First, when we started the auction, the BTC was trading at around $6000, so that was the price we put on the retail value, the fluctuations in price are not of our concern. Second, like mambo pointed out, we're not selling 0.1 BTC for $600, we'll give 0.1 BTC to the winner, whichever it's value is, when the auction ends. The retail value is just a guideline.

What is the guaranty that you will send money to the winners? AGAIN: FOR MY EXPERIENCE IT IS NOT A SCAM AND I HAVE JUST TO SAY "THANK YOU"!
What experience you have with this site? Can you provide some proofs for dealing with this site? Well, if everyone knew the bid distribution beforehand there would be no game. Any of you guys already have access to this distribution data then you guys can easily manipulate the system right? How do you prove that you don't have access to this information?

I registered and used the 5 free credits. The concept has been done before. The design of the website could certainly be better, although I quite like the material flat feel of it, I don't care much about the bells and whistles of other gambling websites. But Jesus, the amount of whiners in this thread. I just think it's sad and actually quite alarming the FUD this project is getting. You guys have absolutely no evidence of it being scam and there's actually some evidence of them paying users, so calling them scammers could lead to users not signing up and the end of a completely legit project. At least give them a chance, try the system. If they start failing to pay the prizes then call them scammers, not before. Atleast in my country it's called "innocent until proven guilty", not the other way around. EDIT: What is the guaranty that you will send money to the winners? AGAIN: FOR MY EXPERIENCE IT IS NOT A SCAM AND I HAVE JUST TO SAY "THANK YOU"!
What experience you have with this site? Can you provide some proofs for dealing with this site? Dude, it's literally on the OP, the TXID of them paying mambo77's prize.

Thank you for your testemonial Drizman! What is the guaranty that you will send money to the winners? AGAIN: FOR MY EXPERIENCE IT IS NOT A SCAM AND I HAVE JUST TO SAY "THANK YOU"!

Any of you guys already have access to this distribution data then you guys can easily manipulate the system right? How do you prove that you don't have access to this information? The proofs of payment are on the OP. Our system needs to know the dis distribution to calculate the temporary winner (as shown on the bid details page), however we don't. But, like you said, how can prove that we don't know something? We can't. So, I'll flip the question: Why would we steal the prizes from our userbase? We have a much better ROI if we give prizes to the users so they can keep bidding. If we scam users we get a few more dollars for a very short time but the moment we do that or that users start seeing that they cannot win they'll stop bidding and leave the platform and that's not what we're trying to achieve. And to prove that, we've decided to host several flash auctions today, this way everyone has a chance to win, even with just the 5 free credits you get on signup!
The auctions will run for 30min, and the prize will be around $20.
The only thing we ask is that, whoever wins, please post the TXID here so we can shut these FUDers up!
First one will be for 0.0025BTC and will be coming up in an hour or so, so sign up and stay tuned!

Is there any implementation of verification of the bids after its declaration? And how do you ship your prizes? Any shipping fees? And why all of your winners and vouchers have accounts that are just made to post about it?

Interesting I have seen this before and it will work well of course many players will scramble into bidding a lot of numbers thinking what the lowest price is. Now the money or their income doesn't really come from the winning auction but for the bidding fee that will be charge for the participants. Looking forward to this games/auctions as it might be worth a shot. Looking for some more positive feedbacks about your game.

Hello Samboo After a bid is placed, the system verifies it and picks a temporary winner, which is then revalidated at the end of the auction. As mentioned on the OP, we had some issues with customs so, for the time being, for physical prizes, we are sending the retail value in BTC, like the TXIDs above show it. The link to this thread (and the other one I refer in the OP) were posted some times on our Telegram Group, I guess some users saw it and decided to comment. But have no fear, I'm currently writing a thread about our flash auctions today, where even you can try to win the prizes. Interesting I have seen this before and it will work well of course many players will scramble into bidding a lot of numbers thinking what the lowest price is. Now the money or their income doesn't really come from the winning auction but for the bidding fee that will be charge for the participants. Thank you Theb! Stay tuned and we'll post today's flash auctions in a few minutes!
