Problem with stratum from Africa region

Hi guys, i have a little problem with setup miners from Africa region - Uganda.

Iam using exactly same HW, SW, miners, miners lines as iam using normaly in Europe.

Iam unable to get ansvers back from stratum servers, sometime iam able to get the job and after that it will works few hours, but after i will make a little change like pool, reset miner, reconect miner, reset router ETC iam back on start -> without connection for another days.

The biggest problem comes with miningrigrentals.com whitch iam using for some algos, i tested all servers here - EU, US, A, RU but still without succes.

Lowest ping is on servers in Germany, where i was also sometimes had succesfull connection.

What i did:
3 cheap routers
1 expensive router 2600RT
3 different 3G/LTE connection from 2 different ISPs
VPN directly from rig into Frankfurt server
2 different OS (hiveOS & SimpleMining)
6 different ccminer forks
20+ ticket updates on miningrigrentals support
timeout set 65000

And still aim not able to figure it out.
Do you have any idea how to get it work?

Hi there, I tried to debug networking so I test port connection with a telnet and with mtr and traceroute I am able to reach all your endpoints and also ports looks open for me. Anyway when I am running ccminer it shows in debug log it didn't got any data from your side.I am facing this issue only from Uganda location. Rest of my rigs with a same config works as designed. Finaly we set up VPN from Uganda to Frankfurt, unforcenetly doesnt help us..

So there must be problem on your side with stratum... - non stratum connection thru EWFB works ok on your MRR.

FOR INFORMATION:
We tried US MRR, EU MRR, AP MRR, DE MRR...
Nothink works with stratum protocol on your servers from Africa, but stratum works normal on direct pool mining, if we using somethink whitch is without stratum, it works ok on your server.
EU+DE servers have best latency
Our latency is 200-240 ms on miningrigrentals.com
YESTERDAY NIGHT everythink was working for about 10 hours.

Hello, another update.

2:00 AM rigs started hashing thru MRR a working all the night into miningpoolhub pool.

In the morning, someone rented rig and connection was shooted down immediately, second rig was working next 3 hours till now, when somebody also rented it, issue is same / rental is here [02/01 01:15 am] Rental #1261817 has started

Ok, i was thinking they made misstake with pool, but it was 2 guys and also i wrote them to test miningpoolhub whitch he did.., Also his another renter with same setup was working for him.

I will leave one rig "connected" to MRR for your debugging, but i cant leave all farm iddle, if you will get some idea, just write and i will switch all the power back.

As far as your rig's connectivity, I have not figured out why there is an issue yet, still working on it.

Ok, now i tested rent from my second account, pool setup same like on my account whitch 100 percent working OK.

I havent been able to find any issues on our end.
