Hi

I have a fair amoumt of IOTA at a great profit BUT it's still on Binance Exchange, i hate keeping anything on exchanges and it's the ONLY one i have left on one...

Can anyone recommend a wallet ?

I have come across this for windows -

https://github.com/iotaledger/wallet/releases

I selected light version but then i had a drop down menu of what NODE or place to store/monitor which put me off.

Anyone help

Cheers

I think you can not go wrong with the official wallet of IOTA.
But what you should keep in mind is that you should NOT generate your seed online or at a third party, otherwise you risk a security hole in your wallet.
It is best if you create the seed yourself! That you should transfer your coins from binance to your own wallet, you have recognized well.
The storage of coins at exchanges offers a huge risk. If the exchange is hacked, you may lose all of your coins. It is important that only you are in possession of the private key (seed).

This is a good tutorial in my opinion.

Yeah I know what you mean. Slowly, I also lose the overview. I also find it very difficult to identify which coins are profitable and in which coins you should invest.
I have the feeling that at the moment everyone creates his own coin.  Cheesy

When I had an IOTA, I used the stock purses. Because I did not hold this coin for a long time, although I believe that it will develop very much in the next five years. But while I can not tell you the exact information and no one can I think
