Yes, It would be cheaper,  safer and better to upgrade to copper member for a small fee to do the announcement.

Buy a copper membership if you think you just need to post an ANN thread. That's cheaper. Get a Campaign manager / ANN thread designer if you want to delegate this task to someone who's experienced in these sort of things and has done them before. I'd suggest you spend some time reading into what previous successful ICO camps have done on the forum. If you have done your research well then you can get an idea of what's the best practice, what to expect and what not to do in this regard. I myself offer some services in this niche, details of which I will send you through PM or Telegram.
