Hi, Are you selling the six apartments all of a sudden or just one of them can be buy ? What about taxes in Spain? and so many other questions, the pdf doesn't give much information.

For the price 2 600 000 euro you can buy a lot of good property around the world.
Difference is that if you buying whole house :
Its a business that generates around 150 000 euro per year ( if rented to company) or up 250 000 if you rent it yourself. Buying will allow you and your family to obtain legal residence inside EU with all that benefits ( for people outside EU or USA its very important) Spain is very easy right now for spending bitcoins . The don't ask to much questions about source of your bitcoins. And I am not very sure that you can spend 2 600 000 euros on buying property in USA , with no questions from tax department (may be I am wrong ).

Hi, Don't know if it's a very exciting city and if it's easy to rent. Don't know if we can obtain legal residence but there's stil the FACTA, well to buy in Europe you need a good lawyer.

Sitges its very nice city.
We have all lawyers to pass all process of buying real estate for bitcoins , from notary, to bank ,tax agency and goverment. Also we have a company to manage rentals for whole year ( or you can do it yourself)
Renting season from June till mid October in this period prices are from 100-250 euros per night . winter time apartments normally rented for 6-8 months , price 1200-1500 per month.Demand is high( you can check booking and Airbnb)
