Our goal is to free the exchange of healthcare information giving access to who and what needs the information with full transparency and controls that ensure trust is built. We will consolidate information and build APIs and SDKs to enable the next generation of healthcare applications that bring the level to what is needed as the population grows.

Our first step is to build a new foundation, while integrating with the existing applications and workflows. We don't want to disrupt healthcare delivery and server. We want to improve it by being an ally to the incumbents, freeing up their resources to focus on healthcare value, instead of HIPPA and regulations.
