Hello everybody,i tried to buy bitcoins with my wells fargo bank account at coinbase.com,but after 5 days of checking they refused me:(I dont know why.What can i do?Are there some other websites where i can change $ ti bitcoins via my bank account?

You can use things such as moneypak or moneybookers (something like that) or paypal (not recommend) to buy BTC off here OR you can go to BTC-e, bitstamp, or MT.GOX

Try in marketplace section here. There are lots of users trading there. Be careful trade only with trusted member or use escrow.

You should talk to coinbase to see what went wrong.

avoid banks and centralized exchanges.   Buy/Sell coins locally.  Meet other bitcoiners and develop your network.   Try localbitcoins.com or find or start a buttonwood / satoshi square in your area.
