I seem to have 23 active connections to the tigercoin network but only 8 to the bitcoin network which is nearly a 300% difference...
What gives? Obviously bitcoin is a larger network so I don't see why I have less connections to it.

possibly these nodes are old, try addnode with the following (from my peer list):
wallet still not updating...  -seednode=<ip> Connect to a node to retrieve peer addresses, and disconnect anyone got an ip for this? |

I hope not! I'm very busy with my college duties but if there is a suspected attack going on, PM me and I'll throw 30GH/s at the coin.... Maybe a list should be loosely maintained of people that can prevent 51% attacks until the coin takes off! |

Windows 7 OS - Trying out Tigercoin11 for the first time. Can't get it working. I tried removing the software and replacing it, but there was no change. Error Message: A fatal error occurred. Tigercoin can no longer continue safely and will quit.

I get "no block source" while I'm connected to the network and block downloading/ verifying is not progressing. Any nodes I can add using the console? Would that help? Edit: I added a few nodes. It seems I only have 2 connections to the network.... I'm on block 10063, I'll check if there is any progress later, I think there will be! Edit: Is the issue being caused by nodes not having upgraded to v1.1? |

Had this issue also last night, after trying everything with all options, this is working: throw all away except wallet.dat (transactions) start with -timeout=200 all blocks will be gathered again. in my case, after 1 day of not using the wallet, everything was out of sync, and transactions didnt match. 1 huge wallet-cluster-fuck |

What hosting service are you going to use for the website mintedstone?
I'm making a website and I'm going to use bitronic tech, the website I'm making will probably be up in around a month from now (for the Hellenic Society of my college).
I think they have pretty good prices and you can pay using bitcoin.
Is there a fix for the windows 7 issue where the wallet client stops downloading the blockchain?

there's a temporary website setup by a friend http://tigercoin.wordpress.com, will get a formal domain name for it. how to get client updated with blocks nothing downlading ports forwarded and .conf file made with nodes still not working
I updated the addnode in the OP, can you please try them to see if you can connect? These are my peers, I have 12 connections and I have been mining it, no problems seen. |

tigercoin-qt -timeout=200 -dns doesnt need the addNodes in the config, will search automaticly to fastest nodes with ping of 200ms or less |
