The fees on all my pools are 2% this is due to my pools being stable, up 24x7, running on proper servers in world class datacenters and not cheap rented boxes at ovh etc. Its fair and sorry, I cannot lower it. I design my pools for users who need good connectivity, lots of nodes and low ping times.

The liquidity ran out and then someone put it all back. That can easily happen with low volumes.
