I heard about the good news earlier and I am kind of surprised that it was the US government that is helping the market recover currently. The Senate's soft approach towards the regulation of Crypto is obviously helping the market stabilize at the moment and I'm expecting the market to continue recovering for the next couple of days. More importantly, I am very excited for the upcoming rally due to the integration of the Lightning network into the blockchain in the near future which would most likely happen.

and currently what i see is that the current rise seems more like a FOMO buying of those who sold at a loss and then missed the chance of buying at the bottom because they were scared of the FUD that kept telling them "price will go lower". these same idiots can do another panic sell again.

What news? You haven't posted or quoted anything so I don't see any news and that they are coming from USA.
But even without that we all know that Bitcoin will reach 8000$ and more again sometimes. You don't have to be an expert or scientist to see that.
