Dear Crypto Traders,

The Coinsmarkets (CM) dev team has been traced back to Amsterdam but nobody knows for sure. There have been thousands of people affected by this Exit Scam all of which are seeking justice. Clients are still checking the website daily to see if there has been any news, all they find is a weekly excuse left by the owner. Excuse after excuse and people/clients are all fed up. The website has now been offline for 33 days. In comparison to coinexchange.io which had encountered a technical problem and almost immediately put out an alternative temporary trading website within a 24 hour period. At first CM clients were thinking Coinsmarkets dev was incompetent, now people are realizing they have all been scammed. If anyone has reliable information as to the whereabouts of coinsmarkets.com dev or owners then please share it with the many coinsmarkets victims as well as to kindly share your information to this message. This needs to be a concerted effort in order for victims to have a successful outcome and taste the justice they all deserve.
I personally am a cancer patient with 2 kids and have lost over $10 000 USD as a result of this premeditated Exit Scam. This has put me in a very undesirable situation with my wife and kids. I had diversified my coin investment portfolio, however really did not expect such an abrupt Exit Scam by the coinsmarkets.com platform owners. Please do kindly share your valuable information, let us all work together to get the justice we all so badly deserve.

Warm Regards to you all,

Peaceful_Guy

And based on coinmarketcap.com they are labelled as inactive https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/coinsmarkets/

Coinsmarket had a poor UI interface and was buggy too.I am surprised to that people were even buying that scam.

From what I have read, coinsmarket received a lot of traffic just after introducing coins like electra. Looks like they couldn't handle those request, and maybe crashed?
10 days ago they said that they were going to be back with new domain and servers, but still no update .-.

Luckily I had zero coins on coinsmarket.
You can check this public chat for updates:

I hope that you get your money back.Good luck!

They have a note on their site: "Again delay due to hosting, we get to move again."
Migrating to a new server took longer that makes it suspicious. Joining their telegram group doesn't help much, tons of complaints are pretty much present, but their update about the issue seems to be once in a while. As of now, you need hope and more patience of waiting

This is was supposed to say that they are online but tons of complaints can be seen on their chatbox. For op's situation I'm quiet sad since hes a family man do risk money and diversify out for this kind of investment and not only that hes a cancer patient which really makes it hard. I do see orders isn't moving at all or doesn't have any activity. Just don't lose hope yet for op even though those excuses repeat and repeat all over again and maybe one day they would resolve it.

Sorry to hear about your problem, this is why many people always advise us not to store too much money on an exchange especially a new exchange. I hope it is not the end of coinsmarkets, you need to pray that it is just a temporary issue and hope they will back normal so you can take all your money there. It is indeed hard to deal with, but you cant do anything now except hoping and waiting.
