Any plans on creating a windows desktop version?
I made a post about being on my preferred list. Later, dkbit98 gave the last update around 2021, so I was thinking that we would see this version very soon but still we have not seen anything like that.
Maybe they did not do anything because the matter does not seem reasonable to them, but at the present time it has become very necessary for customers, so the version is needed.
For those who are eager to see a Windows or Linux version of Bluewallet, you can use wallets like Electrum and Sparrow and import your seed phrase/private keys there, which utilize the same BIP39 protocol as Bluewallet. Despite not having a stylish UI of like Bluewallet, these wallets work just like Bluewallet because they all share a common feature: they are managed by the BIP39 protocol.
But it would be tempting to see Bluewallet on other SO platforms as well.
Bluewallet was recently added to the list of recommended wallets on bitcoin.org and is now a reference in bitcoin wallets for mobile devices.
To be fair Electrum would be my #1 go-to option for desktop anytime. Easy to use, clean/clear design, functionality, portable - it's all there.
I just think with its sleek design Bluewallet will appeal especially to younger users. Always great to get adaption rate up, if possible with open source options!
