I am confused as to the purpose of this loan.

in 1 month if btc doubled its price again, they will almost 3x their fund as usd (2x from their collateraled btc and 1x from loaned btc)

I don't think I've ever seen a USD pegged loan actually filled on here. Why do you think 0.1% interest would be enough to tempt someone to be the first?
