Dear friends at present time so many crypto users in india but at present scenario, Govt. of India take some action but it may be favor or against crypto user that we don't know but In India, there are no regulations around cryptocurrencies yet. It is also less likely that the country will bring its own cryptocurrency. Also, government and courts stand have been unclear. Nobody knows which way the camel will sit. It can become an opportunity to put the nation as a forward-thinking one or remain an incumbent.

i want to the experts to how the hurdles overcome if it against crypto users

I agree that more population means more mobile phones. And it would be interesting to see how this plays out in a large country like India.. Hopeufully, this should be positive.

Governments will compete in future for crypto / blockchain tech to gain your attention.... Governments will be no different than cell phone manufacturer that needs to seek customers attention...

Governments are playing wait and watch game right now; but will accept cryptos soon .. Wait and Watch !

One day will come when India will regulate crypto but that will be late because Indian Govt is always slow, so it's not good to expect to adopt/regulate crypto revolution early.

There are already crypto [fake ICO] scams brewing in the smaller towns.  People are attracted toward the crypto craze, but they don't know too many technical matters, so they are easily taken in by glib talk.  As copy-cat scams grow, the authorities will be forced to clamp down hard; and then, even the genuine crypto folk will suffer.

Crypto market can really boom in India because of our poplulation Smiley . We really need big name in this space like of Ambani and others. who can put pressure on Government. no need to forget that if Ambanis jumps in Blockchain space then mass adoption can becomes reality.

Indian govt not going to ban crypto. unless crypto leading countries bans it first. India always been slow in adopting new tech but when it does adopt something it does good because of hard working and good pool of talent. Recently Venezuela offered India to buy crude oil at 30% discount but through cryptocurrency so another reason to think because we Indians always try to get good deals.

Cryptocurrency future is future for the World not just in India but the real question is when?

Big country big population and even bigger challenges due low literacy rates and language diversity in different parts of India.

I think it will adopted  in metropolitan India as soon as other parts of world adopts it but in rural and regional Indian it will take another 20-30 years, as technological innovation cycles are very short these days, blockchain technology will become obsolete in 20-30 years.

Finally, it is banned in India..

INR deposits and withdrawals through bank accounts are temporarily disabled as per RBI directive dated April 6, 2018

July was the end for BTC in India..

Hope so the Indian BTC Wallets find some alternate medium to resolve this issue, till then you could sell your bitcoins in other websites like https://localbitcoins.com or anything as such..

Would certainly like to add a lot of thought into this thread.

Crypto-Currency has not been completely banned in India.

The fact remains the same that for the time-being, RBI has sent out circulars to Banks stating not to Support Exchanges.

We have something called InstaShift.io - It is an alternative to localbitcoins a reimagined version of the same but having said that, it is very very easy to Buy/Sell Crypto using InstaShift.

There is Closed Order Book moreover a Unified Order Book so we are enabling a pure Peer to Peer Experince.

Presently InstaShift.io is live at
- India
- Canada
- Nigeria
- Venezuela

Do try out InstaShift.io for sure.

@jacmani:

I have seen that the support is via Telegram.
By any chance, do you have a direct Support Number or WhatsApp or anything else where you can be reached now, if yes then do you mind sending it through PM ?
