Careful with Bitcoinsexchange.com a website claiming to buy BTC for Paypal or Creditcard payments at prices well over marketprice...

I don't know about your experience with that site (if any - domain registered on 1 September 2011 bought until 2014...) but my money never arrived...
who.is shows idprtect and so on... scripts allow stuff that shouldn't be allowed like selling BTC under the actual BTC limit, order pages have no ID's whatsoever and are if closed lost forever...
