The prices of all cryptocurrencies are very low, so selling them now is not a good idea. If someone bought during ATH, unfortunately he has to wait for better times. The upward trend is starting, so it is a matter of time to achiev the new ATH.

I bought bitcoin from 18k and it is almost all time high yes but then I bought it from 6500 dollar also, so my average is almost 10-11k now. I hope we will see 15-20k in few months again, I'm waiting bull for btc.

it's a very drastic thing for you to experience but i suggest don't lose hope and be a hodler. Because in crypto those who hodl are the one who wins. In order for you not only to recover your paper loss but to gain more, i am very positive that the market will hit it's ATH again. If you bought at ath then you will have to wait for a very long time until the price reach that number again, maybe you have to hold until next year when the great bullrun come again. Just treat it as an expensive experience that you shouldn't let fomo takes over in investment decision and you should so more research next time you want to invest in something.

At least you should try to be patient sir, there is a pattern where the bull market usually comes in the mid to the end of the year. Im also waiting for it.
