Don't you worry much about having bought bitcoin at its highest price last year. Nobody expected it that bitcoin will fluctuate more than half of that ATH. Just hold your bitcoin and wait for it to recover and that's the least you can do for now rather than selling it at a losing price.

Well others could by right by selling the coin before it will go down more, good trader always advice to put stop limit so that when the coin will go down that will triggered and automatically sell the coin you just bought. Of course its not good to lose but selling the coins with a lesser percent of losing is way better that to see it go down even more.

Lol, happened to me a couple of times, buying and watching it drop. I even thought I was a crypto jinx. So far they've always recovered. It's part of the learning process I guess..

I agree on this one be glad that you've discovered crypto world because unlike other people out there they didn't know what is cryptocurrency all about and what is the importance of it in the near future right now bearish market will be over soon and bullrun market will come, you have to be patient and wait for the coins you bought on ATH to pump because it will set new ATH and that's for you to sell on the peak then buy on the dip again on the coins you really believe in. You're right about the OP to hold onto the coin till there bull run in the market or new all time high price but the best way for the OP to I food profit is to also buy in this current dip.

you should wait for the price back at the beginning of your purchase. because there are two options, 1 you have to dare Cut loss, 2 or you keep hold your coin. All that you have to do right now is to hold.
Don't bother with checking the price every few minutes, even days. Just relax and wait for better times.
There was a spike and big drop right after, it happened many times before so I think it is absolutely possible for it to happen once more.
Don't panic and take it as a lesson for the future. I'm sure there are plenty of people like you, that's why we see this huge "sale"  

In such situation, there are some options that you can do. in my opinion we shouldnot just lie everything to wait and hope there will be another ATH more than buying level. You can try to sell it as soon as possible in loss (make sure to sell it at correct time to minimize loss) then buy back in the lowest price, you can try to observe how deep the price will go down from discussion of the coin/token, stay up to date with Official ANN Thread or etc..

Don't worry mate, many others have done the same. Keep your bitcoin and wait for a few more months. Many speculations are showing that wall street is now eyeing on this and we can slowly see something by the next 2 years. Patience is the key here my friend.

Yes, this is indeed your fatal mistake. You should not buy all the coins you hold at a high price. Because this is certainly very risky. If the coin you hold can rise higher again it does not matter. The problem is if you buy at a high price then the coin drops drastically and you instead sell it at a low price. Surely you are losing a lot of money from your investment returns. But all the events that happen to you should be made as a lesson and experience are very valuable so that the future does not repeat the same incident.
