Alright, so as everyone know. Decentralization basically gives back everything to user, privacy, rights and etc.

My questions here

1)If someone created a Decentralized Content Platform, user will be allow to post content without any moderation, remove and etc right?
Hence, perhaps if i created a Kids Learning Decentralized Content Platform, How could we prevent inappropriate content like Gambling, Drug and etc?
If we were to moderate the post, that would make a platform not centralized am i right?

2)As far as we know Facebook is centralized or else we won't get our content removed once reported. If we were to migrate to Decentralized Platform, meaning we can post whatever we want? I mean that's the idea of decentralized right?
