Just a friendly advise. if you are asking to buy at an exchange rate, then you would want consider the following (at the least) if not their profit.

1) The trading fee that exchanges impose for buying / selling btc which usually ranges from 0.2 - 1% based on volumes.
2) The wire transfer fee to deposit / withdraw from  the exchange which again is approx 0.1 % with a min of $15.00 USD

btc-e is considered one of the toughest exchange to get money in / out. So if you are serious about buying, then i would suggest you look around on the forums, base you price accordingly for Indian market probably based on coinsecure.in.

Or try dealing with someone from SEPA zone (Europe) who has easy access to these exchanges. (but i would strongly advise you to use some sort of escrow services)
