After a while here in the forum I read a lot of members worrying about there crypto investment/trade. I would rather choose a stable and highly trustworthy altcoins to invest for the long time rather than chasing those coins thru trading. I find it super stressful to read those people losing large amount of their hard earn money.
When it comes to investing, there is no such thing as stress free. Investing will always be associated with risks. If there is risk, naturally stress will follow. Although you can lessen that stress by simply conforming to this simple tips. If you were into long term investing, don't listen to news about huge gains or plummeting values. Instead, you should turn off the TV and go for a walk, read a book, or play with your kids. Those are much more productive uses of your time. Another thing, don't check your portfolio balances more than once a month. There's no point watching what your investments are doing if you don't plan to access them for 5, 10, 20 years. Set it and forget it.
