Yup, there is nothing wrong with either of those threads. Reporting them will result in moderators marking them as bad reports.

There is nothing wrong with this one. Moderators are just doing their jobs to clean most of the shit posters, Merit traders and other mess  in this forum.

Yes it's allowed to post that kind of stuffs here. Report to moderator butting is functioning other members are just trying to help clean up the mess making work for moderators less more difficult.

If you have not done anything wrong, there is no need to worry. Just because someone posted your profile in that thread does not make you guilty. Even if you get negative trust, you can put your case with sufficient proof and you will be heard. Just make sure that you follow all the rules properly. If you find someone targeting a particular member repetitively, do make a new thread for it.
