We've decided to try something new on MetaCo.in and offer some deals of our own.  Today's deal is for a remote control zombie:

This doesn't mean we're changing our model of focusing on other bitcoin businesses.  That's still our mission.  We're just expanding to personally offer you some deals we think are fun (and still super-discounted).  To be honest it's in part because the bitcoin business community isn't big enough to spawn five new businesses a week that can offer good deals to our customers.  Sure, we could run a deal on bitcoin paid hosting everyday, but that would get old.  So for now, we'll be filling the bitcoin shoes of Groupon & Woot.

As always, we appreciate any feedback on this or any aspect of our sites.  Thanks again to the bitcoin community for all the support.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Just realized I had set the deal to expire tonight.  This deal is our 3-day weekend deal, so it expires Sunday night.
