楼主 你真笨 你去算算5%之后 和bitstamp有差价吗？  他手动就是去掉你包里的那点钱 然后 去bitstamp买币 再汇给你 懂了吧 这叫手动。 他自己的钱还是动不了得

比特币是可以正常提现的，美元要出5%，当时所有平台差价10%以上，BTC-e在15%左右
