1: why did you copy&paste the digitex terms and conditions word for word?
2: why is there no team information on your website?
3: why does your white paper not make grammatical sense, or is that cos you took the digitex one and rehashed it and now it reads wrong , as it doesn’t quite fit you slight change to the digitex model?
4: why no company information where we can send you a letter from our lawyers?

3)To someone that knows about Futures market it makes complete grammatical sense.
4)Cryptocurrency was founded on the basis of decentralization.If you need a lawyer to participate in an ICO or cryptocurrency, then this is not for you.

You can believe what you want to believe. We've stated we are a legitimate company. If you wish to not participate in our ICO, it's your decision.  We will definitely launch our live platform before Digitex. Let the customers decide.

That is just an embarrassing answer. The point of crypto is anonymity but this is not the thing we’ve asked or mentioned. The point of crypto is not for the ‘team’ of the project to stay anonymous. Clearly though given it’s obviously a scam and has copied digitex almost word for word, I guess it makes sense to stay anonymous for you. No one in their right mind is investing in something where there is no actual people mentioned. Good luck with your scam.

Digitex is our competitor and was the first platform to have an ICO for Futures trading on the blockchain. However, we are taking what they are doing to another level by offering more Futures Market as well as plans to have our exchange operational by the end of Q2 2018.

@runrightnow and @JohnChanna. We aren't sure if you and Lee Mayne are the same people, but the links you provided regarding someone from our team reaching out to you is complete FUD. We asked for the transcript and you have not been able to provide it. In addition, our user account on telegram does not have a logo and our group chat is private. I have provided screenshots for the world to see that there are individuals or fictious accounts out there that is trying to run competition. I'm not sure what you have against our company, but we wish you the best. As mentioned several times, we do have similarities to Digitex. We never denied that. We are taking what Digitex is doing and taking it to another level. In addition, we never claimed to be the first site doing what we are doing, we are claiming that we will be the first site to launch the actual live platform "Q2 2018 vs Q4 2018" for our competitor. I have included screenshots of a user on telegram that might or might not be you two that has threatened us.

There are people impersonating ONYX Futures Exchange. If an email or post did not come from admin@onyxfutures.io or info@onyxfutures.io it is fake. No business is conducted through any media platforms which includes: Twitter, facebook, Telegram, Reddit, and Bitcoin Talk. #onyxfutures

One minute its fud by the 'competition'(you dont copy your competition word for word as this 'Lee' says), next minute someone is impersonating you. So which is it? You don't seem to have much a clue - huge redflag. I strongly urge everyone not to invest - I doubt they will anyway without a single team member on the site, no matter how amazing the idea may or may not be. And trying to raise millions of dollars with a pretty big typo.

As far as the twitter post goes, there was a screenshot sent to us from Lee Mayne who apparently works for "Digitex". He provided us a screenshot of a business conversation that some apparently from my team had which was completely not true. We wanted to make it known that business is only conducted by @onyxfutures.io domains. We just wanted people to know whats going on. Social media is marketing not business. No-one from our team is doing what "Lee Mayne" is saying we did. As stated several times before, it's your decision whether or not you invest in the ICO. Have a great day.
