There is no difference when you bet with bitcoin or with any other altcoins. Because no matter at all the type of currencies that you use, The matter is losing or winning. Gambling is too risky for all people, I can't consider it like a source for getting profit or make a living with it, Personally, i do it just for fun, I mean i always gamble with low amount, because i can't handle big losses.

I guess there is no 100% in online gambling since we are sending our funds to the casino site, there is always a possiblity that the site will turn into a scam.  But if you are looking for reputable online casino or dice site, there are several that exist here in Bitcointalk.  You can go to the gambling board and read announcements and threads of these gambling sites. 
I never had been a fan of the idea of gambling to earn a living because gambling is all randomness.  There is no sure result even if we bet at the same time and the same number everyday.  So it would be better to gamble only the money that you can afford to lose.

I think it's worth gambling with bitcoin instead of gambling with fiat.
Don't conclude from that , that I support gambling.
I just think that gambling with bittcoins is much more easier,because you don't need to involve your bank or reveal your identity dor that.

Yes gambling is not safe but can be risky in any sense, either you are playing it online or in a casino, either you are playing dice games or slot gambling or you are engage in sports gambling, gambling is a game of risk where you can lose all your money in a single day.
