We've not hired anyone. I'm not getting what's your problem with the budget. That will be used in future to release android, ios, raspi, arch etc wallets. We've already built windows and mac wallet.
and you're worried about PoW block reward for mn? PoW will be ended in 100,000th block, then PoS will begin and mn reward will be 75%. We don't want inflation of coin, that's why we've lowered mn reward in PoW phase. Inflation kills coin value in start.

So total POW is 2,400,00 ICH and premine is 500,000 so premine is 20% because when entering POS dev will have 20% of all coins and he will always have 20% of total coins.

In low POW coins you should never calculate the % premine from the total of coins, doing this is borderline scam. Here you should calculate % premine from the total POW rewards.

Before investing in this coin keep in mind that the real premine amount will be 20% not 0.5%.

We've written how these premines will be used. We've also clearly stated that devs will have total 150,000 coins. Everything else will be used for coin development. This is a serious project. Devs are not going to dump their coin.

Question about block reward of first 10k blocks?
Answer is: First 10k PoW blocks have 100 ICH reward because many people are well informed about the launch because of per-announcement, so we'll see big hashrate and high mining difficulty in first few days. so we have increased block rewards for first 3~4 days so that no one get any loss from high difficulty mining. Also it'll sustain coin value.
