Did you use hardware wallet? Sorry, I can't help you return your money, but could you please share more details as a warning for people? This would be very useful. I assume you use high precautions to store circa 10 million. Most probably people use that recent bug in Trezor or Ledger to change address and value, right?

Please don't tell me you had it on MEW and enter your private key on some phishing site.

You got scammed, there arw many people who are trying to scam others most especially whwn they know if you have a great number of tokens. Once advice is that never trust any user whether in forum or telegram, if it is not yet transferred to your wallet you have to contact the supports of etn or cryptopia.

Or maybe your phone where the Electroneum Wallet app was hacked, there are tons of security flaws and Malwares in a Smart Phone than a PC.

First of all, i am sorry for your loss. Did you visited some phising site? Or maybe your PC infected by a malware.
In crypto, it's impossible to get back your balances if you got hacked.

Its a pathetic situation you are facing, I still could not understand how your account got hacked without your confidential informations being compromised.
Its advisable you contact the Electroneum support or Cryptopia Exchange as soon as possible if transaction is not yet executed.

I suggest you paint the whole sequence of actions, starting with the last moment when you had coins.

We must remember everything!
Then it will be possible to understand at what stage the theft happened and act from this step.

And you just wrote a hash of the transaction, which is absolutely useless, in view of complete anonymity ....

It's really scary, I'm more and more convinced of the need to purchase a hardware wallet. You can't return your Eth without hardfork.

I am sincerely sorry for your loss as I can empathize  with you entirely. Did you get it stolen form your own wallet or from an exchange? If it was stolen from an exchange I recommend that you always implement two factor authentication on EVERY EXCHANGE YOU TRADE. Also when it comes to unloading wallets, try to have one computer only for downloading wallets that you don't hardly use much for the internet. I do hope that you can make back the money you lost. I have had coins and tokens stolen from me many times in the past and it isn't a nice feeling, again so sorry for your loss and don't give up on crypto because of this setback.

Sorry to hear about your loss. But one needs to keep strict securities in this virtual world. Maybe your PC is infected by a malware.
In crypto, it's impossible to get back your balances if are hacked. One can still do some research on how can one get back the stolen stuff.

Uhhh I hate this. This is so bad. First please dont be bogged down. U can make it back. Also, give yourself a preptalk like GO TO HELL..I hope you build a Taj Mahal etc with that money and belive in Karma.

Now on the hacking side, things are getting scarier each day. There needs to be a  better custodian service, It give me chills especially when I imagine people holdin millions of dollars worht of Crypto.

Never use mobile wallets, use JASON file for MEW>>not the private key<<. Keep ur main wallet ultrasecure never divulge the details.

Again very sorry for the LOSS. I hope get back even stronger and richer my friend!

How did you store your electroneum then? Was it their official electroneum mobile wallet? I don't think it would help but you could try contacting the support of where you stored your coins. At least, perhaps they would be able to tell you how the coins could be stolen. Maybe this will give you some clue on how not to make the same mistake. What if it was some problem with their wallet? I guess they could even give you some compensation in that case. If one transferred your money from your wallet into another wallet based on their app/website then they could ban that wallet or even contact the scammer if they have some contact data like email.

Posting transaction hash wont work. You have to analyze what did you do before stolen of your etn incident happened? What wallet are you using for storing your etn? is it a hardware wallet or the official wallet of etn? Im very sorry for your loss. Try to contact their support if they can able to help you

Electroneum is not erc20 token, and that uses its blockchain, and it's not pegged on the ethereum blockchain. Your comment doesn't mean anything to solve this problem.
OP. you can't get back your amount because it's already sent to the other wallet address. But it looks you are getting hacked by ransomware method, or I think that you give your account data to someone.

That is odd,if you arent a victim of phishing sites it must be some malware attack on your computer which you have your privates or your wallet information.ETN developers were attacked by the hackers few months ago, some information has leaked from their database. But they already asvuse the users to chanhe their email and passwords.Im sure you did something, because it is impossible to get your credentials without forcing you or else the developers or wallet providers did it.
