It is hashing at a rate of 10.5GH/s for 2.5 months now without any issues. Overclocking to up to 13GH/s is possible (manual included).
The Block Erupter plugs straight into the internet and mine without needing a computer to run them. The unit is made up of three modules:
ASIC board
Power board
System board

All you need is 12V power supply and LAN cable and you are ready to go.
