So all the guides are for the web wallet. But I have ERC20 tokens on the wallet in my app. I need to export the private key but there doesn't seem to be a way. I do have the back phrase but I can't even use that on the website. Anyone know how I can either export my private keys, or import my app wallet to the web? Pairing the wallets with the QR seems to do nothing.

You don't mention the app but recently I found this website that may help you:

https://coinomi.com/recovery-phrase-tool.html

Good luck.

Thanks, I figured it out. You can actually restore from the passphrase on the website. Then export the private key. Now I need to figure out which app to use for ERC20 tokens, these are the first ones I've owned.

Im Token is the app that you looking for, for android and ios. A wallet that can store your erc20 token. If you dont want to use it leave your erc20 token at mew is fine though. and also you can use https://mycrypto.com/ the myetherwallet child.
