There's a hell of a lot of shitposters with multiple accounts who are annoyed. Looking at their post history you can quickly see why. The culture of people being able to earn money here just by shiposting or copy and pasting an address needs to change. If you're not here to contribute then you shouldn't be allowed to earn.

You should stick to one account and contribute something worthwhile with it then you will earn your rank, not just create as many accounts as you want and make a nice living from it just by posting your crapcoin address for an easy bounty over x amount of accounts. And speaking English doesn't matter. Stick to your local board where you can chat in your own language all day long. Say something worthwhile and local posters will reward you with merit. If you can't contribute anything though don't expect to receive any merit.

Not all new members that joined bitcointalk come here for bounties, there are still alot of person who are genuinely want to learn more about cryptocurrency.

English isn't our native and secondary language, most of us it's the least and poorest language. Due to this disability we cannot join good signature bounty campaigns because bounty managers won't accept local language board comments.

Im not a good english speaker too, but i dont whine about it, and to blame bounty managers who doesnt want to take local board posts is beyond hillarious to read, you re a worker and you want to set the rules? come one, a worker is not worth anything beside his/her posts, if you can not make one then there will be someone who can replace you, in fact there are many people who can.

And this merit system serves the forum right to diminish people like you with your alt account. And not all people want money in this forum, and if some people want money, the best way is to earn it right, not by doing some low things like alt-accounts.

You know what? Spamming and flooding posts is a disease, and you know what is best for a disease? A Prevention , merit will prevent that, but deleting posts will just be a cure, we can get rid of it but it will come back and not to mention the cost we spend to cure will be high as f (time, energy, money).

Thats not true. We have many people here who have high ranked account but are not good English-speakers. Being high ranked has nothing to do with being able to speak fluent English.

Second, dont make such assumptions of high ranked members making new accounts conspiracy theory without proper proof. Provide proof and DefaultTrust would gladly scrub some red paint on them.

Third, merit is given for "quality" content and not copy-pasted content or even good English which has nothing to contribute to the discussion. So what you say in the last few words is simply assumption and not a fact.

However, I will say something in this regard. Higher ranked members have gained experience in the crypto world and know how things work here - thus they make quality posts then newcomers. New members should "learn" from them and not beg for merits. Give it time and new members should be able to rank up. Slow and steady.

Nice find. If you check all the accounts that he left merit from you will see they all have in their aim address a day of the week which seemingly corresponds with the day they make posts on and a number which is usually the amount of posts they make (must be a self-reminder to hit their quota).

Take ramini for example. In his AOL address he has Thursday and his posts on the first page are all on the 15th and 8th on Feb which are both Thursdays and he did 17 posts - two more than his quota but others are on the dot).

It is simple for new member, me either is still new here. Just see what is going on, follow the flow while learn how and why that flow, what is the flow, etc until sufficient understanding. If sufficient then see something possible to change, just change it. If it feels unsuitable, just leave and find others.
