Hi, through bitmain I have contacted support@bitmainwarranty.com in concern of 3 x Antminer S7 hasboards to be repaired, they answered me very fast and opened me a support ticket, this was at beginning of November 2017, So I have had sent the packet to the following address as they indicated me with the support ticket number inside:

Bitmain Warranty
3700 Quebec Street
Unit 100-239
Denver, Colorado 80207
USA

Now we are on 8th of February, I have sent them various emails (around 5), sometimes they answer saying that is still is on repairs, but they are not giving me any date nor any other information, I have asked them if they can just send them back, but they haven't answered (this was over 3 weeks ago!). I have also contacted Bitmain again (this was on January) about the support@bitmainwarranty.com not responding, but they have answered me that it is a different company and they have no relation.... ¿?

I just wanted to inform the other users here that DONT USE the Bitmain Warranty Service, as they will keep the miners forever, and the worst is that I don't know what to do, how can I take this case to court? Any ideas? By now the only idea I have is to flood the internet forums with this case.

Thanks to everyone

Perhaps try to contact them through their normal site and see if that helps?
